Know how the fishing reels pay before you bet

A 5x4 grid of fishing gear and card symbols, with 12 fixed paylines. Wins pay left to right, starting on the leftmost reel and running across adjacent reels. Two matching symbols in a row on a payline are enough to pay. MONEY fish carry cash values, and the paytable sets what each symbol pays. The card ranks A, K, Q, J and 10 are regular symbols.

Three, four or five Scatter symbols start 10, 15 or 20 free spins. The fisherman Wild appears only in free spins, replaces all symbols except Scatter, and collects cash values of MONEY symbols when it lands. Every fourth collected Wild adds 10 spins with a x2, x3 or x10 money collection multiplier, up to three times. Round wins stop at 4,000 times the bet.

Read the trigger rules before you raise your bet

Cafe Casino sets out each mode's rules in plain terms, so you know what to expect.

SCATTER triggers and WILD collections

3, 4 or 5 SCATTER give 10, 15 or 20 spins. The WILD fisherman appears only here and substitutes for all but SCATTER. When it lands, it collects every MONEY symbol's cash value. Every 4th WILD collected adds 10 spins at x2, x3 or x10, max 3 retriggers.

How to play

Bigger Bass Bonanza, one spin from bet to payout

Read this before your first spin, or when a win on screen does not match what you expected.

  1. What is the lowest allowed?

A$0.12 is the lowest bet and A$240 the highest allowed, with A$2 and A$10 as examples here. Set the bet before the first spin, because every paytable win scales with it.

  2. Two matches already pay

12 fixed paylines run across the 5x4 grid. A win forms when matching symbols land left to right on adjacent reels from the leftmost reel, and two symbols are enough to pay.

  3. Fish pay now, Wild waits

5 features shape this game, but the base game runs on the fish and regular symbols that pay per paytable. Scatter is the only feature that can start the bonus.

  4. Spin counts at 3, 4, 5

3, 4 or 5 Scatter symbols start 10, 15 or 20 free spins. Wild, the fisherman, appears only in those spins and collects every MONEY value on screen when it lands.

  5. Before spin one, not after

A$240 is the top bet, so set a spending limit before spin one, not after a win or loss. The National Gambling Helpline is on 1800 858 858 if you need support.

Bigger Bass Bonanza's single payback figure and its series

A$100 staked is the basis of the return to player: over many spins, the game pays back on average the listed share. The version Cafe Casino runs is shown in the game rules.

Bigger Bass Bonanza's unseen ceiling

3, 4 or 5 SCATTER symbols start the Free Spins, but how often they land is not known in advance. Nobody can predict the next bonus from the last one, and no spin is due a feature. The result of one session is random whatever the RTP, so a long run of spins can end well below or well above the average.

96.71 per cent is the RTP version listed for Bigger Bass Bonanza on this page. Which RTP version runs in the Cafe Casino lobby is shown only in the game rules, not in this text. Read the rules before you bet, because the same title can run with a different RTP.

x4,000 is the most one round can pay, measured as a multiple of the bet, so the money ceiling rises with every bet you raise. This ceiling is reached very rarely. Nothing on this page tells you when a round will come near it.
